Richard Hell is senior partner at Oliver Wyman in Munich and global leader of OW Engineers, a specialized practice for operations and technology consulting. Regularly advising C-level executives and executive teams in Asia, Europe and North America, Richard brings more than 25 years of experience in the automotive, aerospace and manufacturing industries and is a recognized expert in product development, industrialization, manufacturing & digitalization.
Richard was previously managing partner and CEO of a global specialized consulting company and held leadership positions at IBM in the US, responsible for global industrial solutions and emerging business opportunities, and Daimler AG in technology and operations management in Germany, US, and Asia Pacific.
