Kate Edge Appointed as CFO to Support Ubisense’s Growth and Financial Strategy

Ubisense is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Edge as its new Chief Financial Officer. With over 15 years of financial leadership experience across major industry players, Kate brings a wealth of expertise and a clear vision to drive Ubisense’s growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

In her new role, Kate will oversee all financial strategies and operations, guiding the company through an ambitious phase of expansion and innovation. Kate’s extensive background in scaling companies, driving financial performance, and strengthening shareholder value—demonstrated during her impactful tenures at Garrison and Itch Pet—aligns perfectly with Ubisense’s objectives. Her experience in Financial Due Diligence, Private Equity, and her role in Garrison’s recent sale provide a strong foundation for her leadership. Kate holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick, is a chartered accountant with ICAEW, and holds a CFA charter.
