[2023 Report] Why Embracing Location-Based Services Is Imperative for Survival
Discover the challenges manufacturers are facing in 2023, how IoT adoption has changed since the COVID-19 outbreak, and what manufacturers think of Real-Time Location Solutions.
“By presenting IoT as a proven and bespoke asset, rather than a hypothetical buzzword, not only can the market revive its appeal after a lost year, but manufacturers can soon begin reaping the value from it that they so desperately need after an equally difficult 12 months.”
On behalf of Ubisense, Arlington Research conducted an online survey in the UK, the USA, France, Japan and Germany, among a total respondent base of 330 respondents, all working as middle managers or senior managers, owners or partners, in organisations of over 1,000 employees.
All respondents work in business transformation, operations, logistics, quality or IT connected to the manufacturing or assembly process within the aerospace, automotive or defence industries.
In this report:
- Key findings
- Tackling the ongoing economic crisis
- Overcoming poor operational visibility
- It is time to embrace IoT
- Real-time location systems will become
ubiquitous in manufacturing
